For the execution of larger repair work technical personnel should be consulted like architects or house technicians. A team of highly-qualified specialists are also at your disposal.
0 caretaker and cleaning arrangements are part of the management obligations. We gladly comply with the wishes of the majority owners. Whether the work is implemented by owners or house inhabitants or by caretaker companies should also depend on the financial circumstances of the house inhabitants.
o guarantee final inspection and guarantee with contract companies should go hand in hand. One of the most responsible tasks of managers is „the guarantee of guarantees “. Whether there are repairs or reorganization after VOB or BGB or guarantees within the first five years after production of a building the manager is always obligated to fulfil the requirements of the owner communities as to any guarantee demands as much as possible.
o payment-defaulting owners None-payers can be a “nightmare” for all regular paying owners. There are anumber of possibilities for recovering house funds or special incidental costs. We have the knowledge of “all” legal actions we can take to apply corrective measures immediately after payment default occurs.
o insurance damage Whether tap water, storm, fire or liability claims - we are experienced. With the insurance companies we compiled optimal claims processing procedures. The removal of the damage takes place with the help of specialized partner enterprises who will remove any damages to the joint property upon mutual consent of the owners.
